Intel/Mac computers have been installed in select general-use classrooms to provide faculty the choice of using Windows Vista or the Macintosh operating system. These computers are currently configured to boot directly into Windows Vista.

Faculty, preferring to use the Macintosh operating system, should hold down the Option key at startup to bring up the boot manager (Figure 1). Select which operating system you wish to use then click on the arrow below the icon.

For PC users, to eject the DVD tray press the ^ button located above the delete key, or, the F12 key.
