New Scan Policy

Updated Scanning Service Policy

To enhance the security and handling of examination materials, we are implementing a change to our scanning procedures, effective immediately.

All individuals requesting exam processing must now provide their own opaque, resealable, and reusable envelope at the time of submission.

Updated Submission Requirements:

  • Revised Exam Scanning Request Form (pdf): The form has been updated to reflect this policy change. Please be sure you are using the latest version for al future requests.
  • One Envelope Per Request: A separate envelope is required for each individual request (along with one key sheet marked “99” and its corresponding request form).
  • Size and Condition: Envelopes must be large enough to fit all exam sheets comfortably without folding or bending the exams.
  • Security & Pickup: This same envelope will be used to secure exams while in our care and will be returned to you when the exams are ready for pickup.

Transition Period:
To assist with the transition, we can provide envelopes on an as-needed basis for the remainder of the Spring 2026 semester. However, after the Spring semester concludes, we will no longer be able to provide envelopes.
